Winter Youth Development League Registration Form
1st-6th Grade Boys and Girls
5 Star's Youth Development League is the first step in learning and loving the game of basketball. 5Star basketball trainers, Antiony Hardin and Brae Beadles will introduce players to the skills needed to be successful and have fun in the game of basketball.
Session Fee:
- One Session - $125 per player
- Two Sessions - $200 per player
Includes: Reversible basketball jersey, large group skills training from 5Star basketball trainers, Five Star Life's Character, Leadership & Mindset Curriculum, and equal game play. (5) one hour large group trainings and (5) game days.
Session 1: November 12th - December 21st (Tuesdays and Saturdays)
- Skill Development - November 12th, 19th, December 3rd, 10th, & 17th
1st-3rd Grade: 6:00-7:00PM
4th-6th Grade: 7:15-8:15PM
- Game Play - November 16th, 23rd, December 7th, 14th, & 21st
Session 2: January 7th - February 8th (Tuesdays and Saturdays)
- Skill Development - January 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, & February 4th
-1st-3rd Grade: 6:00-7:00PM
-4th-6th Grade: 7:15-8:15PM
- Game Play - January 11th, 18th, 25th, February 1st, & 8th
